Autism Class Parent Questionnaires for Student Induction

Short questionnaires for parents to complete prior to their child starting in an Autism class.

This will give the teacher and SNAs vital information to ensure a happy, successful first day for students. E.g., what the child enjoys, what upsets them, how to help them calm down when upset, what they like to eat, toileting information, etc.
